There is no Download button — Apple requires you to add the app from Safari. After you sign in, follow the steps below.
iPhone (Safari)

- If the link opened inside Gmail: tap ··· → Open in Safari
- Sign in with your email — we send a secure magic link
- At the bottom of Safari, tap Share (square with arrow)
- Scroll → tap Add to Home Screen, then Add
