Post-construction cleaning is a full reset of a jobsite into a finished interior — often requiring multi-pass dusting, HEPA focus areas, and careful detail work on new finishes like stone, engineered wood, and fresh paint.
Skipping a proper builder's clean means dust recirculates through your HVAC, settles on new paint, and shows up again after you unpack. In Naples, Bonita Springs, Fort Myers, Estero, and Cape Coral, coastal air and humidity can also make residues feel “sticky” faster.

Rough Clean, Final Clean, and Punch-List
Many projects benefit from three stages. A rough clean after major trades exit reduces dust before flooring protection comes off. A final clean after primary finish work raises the standard for walkthrough. A punch-list / touch-up pass addresses last marks before move-in or photography. Stages are scoped in the proposal. Exterior glass is included only when written into the proposal. Hazardous materials, heavy debris hauling, and trade work are excluded unless expressly included. Return mobilizations caused by continued construction are additional unless included.
